My name is Jennifer Hilton. I have been suffering from Diabetes for 2 years now. I'm a full time mummy to my 2 adorable kids, a 6-year old son and a 3-year old daughter.

I'm also a freelance writer, writing tips and advice on my blof to help diabetes to better manage their health. I love writing and will continue to contribute to the diabetic community whenever I'm free from my little devils.
